I stand 6' 8" tall and weigh 280 pounds. Former US Army Ranger and Special Forces. Also a former homicide investigator. IF they call again, I WILL find them and it will not be a pretty sight when I do.
I have just found missed call from 586 -231-3722 at 5:44pm today, but there was no message left. I have looked-up the area code, and the information I find is that this area code was created in 2001 for one Michigan county. How did they get my cell phone number??
People, if your number is on the National Do Not Call list, and it's been there for over 30 days, the punishment for making the solicitation calls to your phone, is pretty severe.Michigan Law states: a person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 6 months or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.The judging party, has the right to alternatively hit them with the Federal fine, of $16,000 per violation, and there can be multiple violations, for instance if calling after the legal time-of-day limit, the fine will be $32,000.
And just so you know, the tactic used "using fear as motivation for a sale", is another violation, resulting in an additional $16,000 fine, even if you are not on the National Do Not Call list.
