Got call this morning. In a meeting with vendors, looked up later, saw the history here. Glad I didn't answer.
Got a call from this number today. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Looked up the "charity" on the web. It gives 586-501-3311 as the phone and 600 Middlesex Rd. Grosse Pointe Park, MI as the location of this "charity". That's the street Bob Bashara lived on, too. Is the whole street filled with losers? Thanks Suzie Q. for the info. Blocked.
HI:You are receiving spoofed phone calls. They buy a phone spoofing application. The application allows them to determine the caller ID on the receiving persons caller ID.The Play Store sells many phone applications that spoof phone calls. Go to the Play Store and search for "Spoof Phone calls".I get several of these phone calls a day. These applications are used to harass people. These application are used to commit fraud. I am sure they play a big part inIdentity Theft. The selling and using of these applications should be illegal. Call your Federal and State representatives and complain.Please help to stop the sales and use of these applications.
Looks like a bonafide scam - read this article from a local E-Newspaper, Grosse Pointe Patch.
Called today and it said nothing but the number on the caller ID. I didn't pick up, and they left no message. This must be profitable for them because there are reports on this number dating back to 2011.
I see they called me in February of 2014. i guess my telling them "no thanks" last time didn't give them the hint I wasn't interested. Thankfully, I wasn't home when they called and they didn't leave a message.

Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.
