I got a call from "giving hearts" 13 days ago, I checked into their stuff asked them about the company they Spencer and what they do.I thought it was a weird until they explained it to me, 97% of what they earn goes to charities like Ronald McDonald and st judes children's research hospital. This is all based on if you are getting a free estimate on a home improvement you may need.I researched the sponsored companies and the charities and they are legit, the window plus company is on the better business bureau and it is featured in angi's listSo I tried this out for one window and they came out and I was happy how they treated me and used members I am 64 years old so I am very unsure about people coming into my home but they were nice and showed me proper ID.TheI giving hearts lady told me that they set up appointments and that's how the company donated to them, instead of asking for money directly from people over the phone.I personally do not think they are a scan, just nice folks trying to make a difference and a living like we all try to do.

This number was blocked by my app (Mr. Number) because it does not appear in my contact list. Both Mr. Number and this website confirm that the caller is not who they purport themselves to be.

This number called the office after I left. I guess they're now using 586-501-33## after original calling us at least twice with 586-501-32## numbers.

Apparently they've been at this for many years (as you can see if you go through these complaints) but they are still at it this morning. Its a bogus way for a window company to avoid the DNC list, by claiming they support a charity. Pay to advertise like other businesses do instead of scamming people!!!

I am not in a position to donate money, I have to use what I have for medicine as well as food.

That is a hole lot of good info . They keep calling me too and I've done the same with the reporting and my caller ID keeps saying high risk of spam and has a number. And all the numbers are different when they call

Call was from Giving Hearts - There are companies that offer home improvements with a small percentage of what they charge going to some charity. This is how they try to bypass the do not contact laws.

This outfit masquerades as a "Charity" called "Giving Hearts" but is actually a "Home Improvement" and window remodeling sales outfit.They do the fake charity scheme to avoid Do Not Call list violations, but is a Fraudulent attempt to bypass Do Not Call.
