Got a call and she asked for someone when I said they weren’t here she said bye and when I asked I can take a message she said no and hung up? No possible way this caller could’ve got my number

Been calling me constantly. No message just leaves a silent voicemail each time. I blocked it but they still try.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
