Yes, they can legally call but you can legally and painlessly block their calls. Your landline carrier should have the procedure to do this as well as your cell carrier. Century Link and Verizon do and it only take a few minutes. Don't beech, block 'em!

Received Scammer/Harasser call from (602)-230-8900 CenturyLink Landline in Phoenix, AZ Associated with Big Brother Big Sisters Donation Center, 1010 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006-2606 - No message on my unlisted phone number since I hungup first before answering. Reported to DONOTCALL.GOV - I don't answer to unwanted annoying phone calls & must be stopped.

Received call from them today. Answered. No one on line. Waited. After about 10 seconds, the line went dead.

They are not calling from Arizona. The number is spoofed, which is illegal. It's from Utah call center.

No ID, no message. I never answer unless I know who's calling. Thanks for the comments, will block if they call again.

10:06am AZ time - 602 is Phoenix area code. No message, caller ID says 'BBS AZ'.

'Nother waste-of-time. Going to try another option. My answering machine says "Hello, please leave a message". Auto-dial does not know if it's human or recorded just knows 'voice answered the phone', thus will call back, call back, etc. Going to try differant tact, leave answering machine off so phone only rings and rings. Auto-dialer might/maybe drop my number for their auto-dial list 'cause no one answers.
