calls several times does not answer,finally he answers and aska about car ins.chinese guy

my number is register on the do not call list. STOP CALLING

Dumb [***] calls and never leaves any message so I added it to my blocked [***] list I did ask about car insurance so I see someone had the same callsas me . The one stopped after I threatened him lol. I have reported all them to the government number for calls since im on the do not call list

So tired of calls from this annoying guy. Now I just pick up and don't speak. He is rude!! And nasty. I am on the no call list... What's the use?

I speak German and often, when I don't recognise the phone number, will answer in German. I once flustered someone from "Card Services" so badly she hung up on me after saying "you're gonna have to do something about that accent 'cause I can't understand a d*mn word you're saying!"
