This guy called me said his name was dave from central heating when i said i did not call him he is like can i have a few minutes and i said i didn’t call you he hung up

This number called me and after few seconds of "dead air" a gentleman introduced himself as Dave from Central Heating and he asked me if he may continue. When I said I don't know if he may continue he said that he is not sure either and thanked me; kind of suspicious.
