Telus calling, took like 20 seconds for them to answer. Also they wanted to bundle my phone, tv and internet, but Telus monitors internet, they will tell you to stop watching movies that are new or tv shows that are on other streaming sites. They will also prevent you from uploading from other computers, meaning you can't have a server with them. Also they don't tell you how much you are allowed to download or watch online before they charge you more and I bet it is worse than Shaw. So I would never use them, because of their stupid restrictions through their internet. Welcome to Big Brother via TELUS.
multiple calls - no messages left. You think I'm going to buy something from a company who has its employees harass me and not leave a message? Besides, your service sucks. Almost $100 per month and virtually no cell service at home. If I even wander within 20 miles of the border, you try to stick me with making long distance calls from the US.
Same here, they upgraded the recent poles around my neighborhood to their fiber-optics line. They keep calling me to upgrade, but I just blocked their number. Though they have the audacity to leave me a voicemail after calling, they call me like 3 times a month and its been going on for 4 months.
Strangely enough, it was only after adding my numbers to the "National Do Not Call List" that I started getting phone calls from this number. I've call blocked them, so it's not going to be an issue for me, but this does question the ethics of Telus. They must be very desperate for business. I left Telus as a customer many many years ago because of the incompetent customer service I received, and I haven't regretted the decision one bit.
They used to call me all the time and I'd never answer. I finally answered and talked to a guy that promised me all kinds of awesome things if I switched to them from shaw. Told him I'd think about it and to call me back the next day. They stopped calling. I called Telus and mentioned all the deals and they had no idea what I was talking about. They just started calling me again today.

It is telus calling us to let us know that we are going over our data limit on the internet and trying to upsell a package.
We get calls regularly from that Telus customer service # - It's a b..... nuisance. One time there was actually somebody speaking but he would not let me speak. So I hung up on him. Today they called my wife's cell phone . They dont give up. As others have said you cannot callback. Is there nobody in charge of those lunatics to tell them to gracefully accept when someone is not interested in their aggresive push for business and leave people alone ?
