I've received 2 calls from this number. Both times when I answered, they hung up immediately. Tried calling back, and recorded message said the number was not in service.

I also got a call from this number this afternoon - Sunday, January 27, 2013 at approx. 2:43 p.m. saying they (He) is doing a survey questionair for ICBC about an employee at ICBC that I had a dealing with... and if I would answer a few questions? I agreed to let him at it, and he went on for about a half hour asking some questions about that person that ICBC knows full-well about their own employee -- and that they surely don't need to get from me. That person obviously carries (and carried) out actions (and/or orders) on behalf of ICBC ---- as their non-cooperative arrogant policy and behaviour that any Crown Corporation has ever divised to do, by raping, ravaging, and denying a subject victim of any due recognition for the damage and suffering they sustained in an auto accident that may also be attributed to the other vehicle driver's neglect or failure. As long as ICBC can pin it on one person they can also then deny that person any compensation for damage and extreme suffering that person sustained.And that's how ICBC's top Management got an over $9 million dollar over-run in profits a couple years ago to split amongst themselves. And this type apparently continues to go on in their policy to this day. I believe that's why this person called me --- in hopes I would have anything, or something, possitive to say about ICBC so they could feel secure in themselves to continue that raping, ravaging, and denials of any proper and fair recognition of those who actually did get maimed in an accident and are entitled to some fair and humanesettlement of compensation for their tragedy.
