This guy has kept me on a rollercoaster of selling my house to him over the past three weeks in Maple Ridge, we've had a signed contract twice, he makes excuses everytime the deposit is due. I have been patient and understanding....NO MORE...happy I found this now to put an end to this insanity.

I'm going to the media with this story of this idiot and his games. He's put my life in a state of craziness for the past three weeks. What is the point to all of this? I don't get it? Sociopath? Mental Illness? unreal.

well he's still at it...I've been played for a fool for the past three weeks on the sale of my home...disrupted my life, my families life and everyone involved in this deal...I have two signed contracts from him as well....need to look into what I can do or what steps I can take. This guy is a piece of work.

Unfortunately Daryl does not think he is mentally ill or unstable and is quick to place the blame on somebody else an example of which is his supposed "cyber stalker". Tony, I am curious, did he have "plans" on coming to the States at any point? I understand that he is on the Do Not Enter list when it comes to crossing the border, thus my question.I wish there was something significant that could occur to him to curb his ways, but I do not foresee that ever happening. No Yank. Daryl said he could not enter US because he had a DUI a few years back. He wanted a prominent custom car builder to ship my car to Canada. He told me he is purchasing a home currently. he says he closed on his home he was selling. the home he is buying, the owner has supposedly postponed the close several times because the seller/owner is in Arizona, USA. He told me he and his girlfriend/wife will have to live in an RV until he closes on his new home. he said he was paying $650k. then later said $750k. He and I spoke on the phone for a few hours total. he also claims he was in a auto accident last year and lost his eye sight for many months. Oh, he says he is retired from real estate investing. he has several good stories. He does monitor this forum -

Daryl is the Cyber Stalker,he sits on his [***] at his girl friends house while she works and surfs the net trying to find some one to scam ! I have dealt with him for over two years he has had 3 phone numbers and they all have been on this site from scamming people ! We talked on phone and internet for 6 months on a deal that was suppose to happen in one day every day it was different to it was ex wifes fault,cancer,the banks fault, the government seized his cash.he said he bought a condo a new truck he worked off shore he told the judge the last time he was in court that he worked for the rail road, When he told me he moved and bought a condo I went to his girl friends house and he was and still is there !When he met me he had a slew of more stories and promises of course none to come true !!! A month ago he phoned me and asked for my banking info he was gonna pay me I laughed and said send a certified cheque he said it will be here Tuesday hahahaha well he changed his number and when I called him the other day he said he will pay me Tuesday again he said he is gonna pay me tomorrow literately hundreds of times and not paid once ! He volunteered to pay a monthly sum in court a year ago and he has not made one payment the Judge asked him why he is doing this his answer was stupidity your honor stupidity he couldn't believe it ! Just in my case alone he has lied to me the Bailiff,the Judge and he keeps telling the sheriffs that he will turn him self in tomorrow and pay me off !

This is the first time I have heard that he lost his vision from the accident. I saw a picture of him (post accident) and frankly, it looked like somebody was successful with using some "Fist Justice" on him, instead of having been in an accident.
