He has a spouse that works, maybe you should get a order to garanshee her wages to pay you.I am still intending on suing him but do not want to interfere with the ongoing situation, I will be doing it in early 2012 though and will include his spouse.
He isn't apart of the family, I could care less about his spouse or him. Sue him for all I care. I was just saying his extended family has nothing to do with him.

Well he actually showed this time.Of course with no money and lots of promises.He was ordered to pay monthly or he can be charged with a crime and could be incarserated ! We will see if he makes first payment.
Of course he never paid ! Lots of promises for tomorrow he even told me to drive 4 hours down to meet him and never showed ! He will be crimially charged now and I'm going after some kinda mischief charges !!!

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
