These people start calling at 8 o'clock in the morning and they call all day long!! As soon as it hits 8 o'clock in the morning and the phone starts ringing I know it's them!! Its sooo frustrating!!!!!Oh yeah now they call themselves IC systems!!

If your Attorney doesn't help Get a copy of your final discharge papers Also the Final draft of waht each creditor waa to get and what they actually got. So take your Court signed document's and Make copies and send to each creditor and one to the Bankrupcy court advising them that these business or harrassing you. Since they agreed to your settlement, So call you State Bankrupcy court. What is bad about this is the company has sold off there accounts to someone esle to colllect the bad debts. So someone really has dropped the ball, and not documenting everything. Make sure on each envolped you have Return to Sender Signature Require, you get this at the post office. So it is so much but we went through the samething a few years back. Had to prove documents and we won.

Yep. IC Systems is a debt collector. They called my work cell phone for an account my wife already settled a long time ago. So......I just used their system to remove my number from it.

What dont you understand Florrie ???????I said I did my Bankruptcy PRO SE 'Do you know what that means ???????I also said it was Chapter 7 , which means ALL of my debt was liquidated.That means NONE of the creditors got 1 red cent.I dont have all of those creditors names and addresses , and that was 7 years ago , most of them are no longer in business.I said NOT all of them were settlements .You need to read everything.Not just bits and pieces.
