Mr. Number Call Block is the app I use. Works great. You can either have the app send calls for numbers you choose directly to your voicemail or you can have it pickup and hangup. There are other similar apps too.

Someone has called me from this number every day for the last two weeks and when I finally answered and told them to take my number off that I was on the do not call list he said it was not an advertisement and asked if I was some woman. I said no and they are still calling me.605-496-0704 is the phone number.
They call at least once a week like clock work, never answers if I do pick up and never leaves a voice message. I've tried blocking this number but it still comes through. Need a good call blocker app (with little advertising) and that won't cause my phone to crash repeatedly, any suggestions?
