The caller left a message saying that she was a student loan debt collector. No one in my home has had a student loan.

Got a call at 6:15 am this Sunday morning from 800-289-2647, rang 1 time and I think nomorobo grabbed it. 5 secs later phone rang again this time from 608-371-6666 both numbers came up Unavaliable and I did not answer. On a Sunday at 6:15am!!!! So mad I could not get back to sleep, makes me want to hunt these f'ers down,

This call came through a couple seconds after a call from Thompson Creek (window/door/etc company), which only rang once. Got through nomorobo? Don't know for sure, but TC was calling often before nomorobo.

Just got a creepy call from this number. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. But they left a voicemail of the entire track of the Beatles "Something". Very creepy.

Received another phone call from this number today. They have now called 3 to 5 times in the past month.I did not answer the phone, and they did not leave a message on my answering machine.They first tried to call me using number 909-241-7564, but were blocked by my service. They then immediately called me using this 608 number, and got though my service.My caller ID reads this phone number as "+16083716666"I’m almost certain that this is a robocall attempt from telemarketing scammers.I will report this number to the free service that blocks and will "stop robocalls and telemarketers."This should help me and others in the future.

Regarding my previous post above. Ok, first call from 800 was from Alarm company that monitors my wife's business, which I assume the 2nd number may have been them as well.

This number called my landline and the caller ID identified it as GOOGLE, INC. I have NoMoRoBo installed so there was no message.

This number appears to be part of some method that phone spammers are using to get around blocked calls. I got a call from 610-915-5214 which is Xlibris Corporation. It was followed immediately by a call from 608-371-6666 and went to voicemail, where a message was left by someone from Xlibris. I've had the same situation happen a few times before with calls from various companies that were on my U-Verse block list or else intercepted by NOMOROBO, then immediately followed by calls from the same companies using this same number. Apparently these companies have a way of making their calls look like they came from 608-371-6666 when their phone systems detect that their own number is blocked in some way. I suspect they are using some sort of service that does this for them.
