Mine claimed to be from PIMCO shareholder meeting. It is probably some service hired to annoy ... I'm guessing D.F. King, because many of their numbers are blocked, so almost immediately after a number is blocked, I get a second call from another number ... just saying.

I have nomorobo.com, which is a great robocall-killer. I got a call from an 877-999-3992 number (branch of Humana At-Home services) which was killed by nomorobo, and immediately got a call from this 608- number. Obviously they have a feature that automatically and immediately re-calls from a "clean" line when they are blocked on another line like the 877- line.

First it was blocked by robo call. Then the criminals called direct because they have a way of knowing it was blocked. I knew it was a crook call the second time so I just pushed receive on my phone and said nothing. He was "calling about your electricity bill. hello? Hello? Hello?"Jokes on him. I wasted HIS time. The lying law breaker belongs in jail.

Called unblocked just after I had received a blocked call from 8448590220

I have Nomorobo, yet this number gets through, right after a Nomorobo call has been blocked. Where or what can I do to block this number?

I've noticed this, too. I wonder if these guys plan to go in competition with them.

Received a phone call from this number today.I did not answer the phone, and they left a partial garbled message on my answering machine.My caller ID reads this phone number as "Janesville WI."As MANY others have posted here, the first call was blocked by "my system," but then they immediately called again and got through using this number. I could hear the telemarketer, but he did not leave a coherent message. I could hear a lot of chatter in the background, and all the noise was other telemarketers talking. So this was a huge telemarketing call center .... a "rat" infested nest !!I will report this number to the free service that blocks and will "stop robocalls and telemarketers."These telemarketers probably spoofed this phone number and caller ID name, but this service will hopefully determine their real hidden number.This should help me and others in the future.

NOMOROBO did not block this call. Caller ID said Maine Med Ctr but I've read that it could be anyone. When I goggled the number it came up as a landline in LaCrosse, WI It rang and went to answering machine but no message.

It is not a SleepMed number. Not 1 person in this house has ever used their equipment and we have had the same phone # for the last 58 years so can’t use that as an excuse either.
