I got a call from them on my cell phone and when I answered I got an earful of Spanish. I hung up. Waste of cell minutes. Is this a new scam supported by cell companies to use up your mintues?

I think they get your phone number when (vacation draws, etc. at tradeshows, for example) sell your info.This has happened to a few of my friends, and that's all we have seemed to trace it back to.Just got a call from them at 3:30 March 5, 2009
It seems these guys need your credit card information and they do not provide any information about the company they call from!!! I think you can guess the rest!!
I got a call but didn't answer and don't know what the company is or how they got my cell number....I think its some sort of scam...do'nt answer the phone if you see this number
Just got a call from this number as well once the lady started talking in Spanish I told her I was reporting the # to the attorney general she quit talking so she understands English. I do not give my cell # to companies so I am curious how they got it
