This tel# called me on my cell# on 03/05/09. I missed the call so curious to find out who my caller was, I called this tel# back and I got a recorded message this number is disconnected. Who in the world would be wasting my air time calling from a disconnected tel#? Is it even possible to call from a disconnected tel#?

they are calling Canada too, in Sask. They say "you have won" and that is when I hung up.

Got one today. Didn't pick up. I don't know what's up with this, I absolutely did not give out my cell #. I don't put it on any forms, applications, etc. so unless they're using some sort of random phone # generator dealie, they'd have to have hacked a phone company database... Virgin Mobile here.

Got this call @8:16pm March 5/09. Missed the call. I live in Canada and I had signed up for the "do not call list" I think it has back-fired and they got hold of the list and because they are outside Canada we can't do anything about it. I have been getting calls as far as India!

got a call from that specific number today,didnt get to answer it, and when i tried callingto see who it was, apparently it was a disconnectednumber. i googled it to see if it would tell meanything, than it lead me to this site?hm. creepy! & how did they get my cell number?and what do they do with it?

called my Bell 905 cell number. I'm starting to think the cell phone companies are going to have to help filter out these annoying calls. I'm starting to think, like others, that the cell phone companies might not be behind this, but certainly these calls wind up being to their benefit, as it uses up our airtime. Maybe we need the Privacy Commisioner to step in and eliminate the use of automatic dialers.

I GOT THIS CALL LATE LAST NIGHT AND THEY TOLD THAT BECAUSE IM A SPRINT MEMBER I WON $1000.00 AND ALL THEY NEED FROM ME WAS TO PRESS 1 ON MY CELL PHONE AND GIVE THEM MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THEY ARE FULL OF **IT

Got this call on Sept 20, 2011 on my cell phone. They also called my office phone. As a state employee the office line is public for state business only - but my cell isn't a public phone and is listed in the Federal "Do Not Call" registry.Note: I answered the call on my office line. An english speaking female verified my name and then hung-up. This could be an Identity theft ring looking for victims.Tried reverse look-ups but the name appears to only be available by purchase only.
