Just got a missed call from this number. I'm in Montreal and I searched the area code its from Ohio. Weird.
These are criminals "phishing" or attempting to get your personal info to steal. The phone number on your caller id has been "spoofed" or stolen to use as a front for their actual number. It may or may not be an actual phone number. They are usually based in Mexico or Canada.

When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
