They never leave a message, but call up to 10 times a day, and have been doing so for a couple of weeks

The best way to eliminate this nuisance is to complete the following:1.) Answer your phone - This will allow you to find out what this is about. If you do not feel comfortable giving information; DON'T. If you do not answer your phone they do not know to stop calling you. Often times a simple "wrong number, I don't know who that is" will cease the calls.2.) If they are calling for someone you know but they do not live with you, pass the number to the person. I'm sure they know what this is about... even if they claim they do not. I would find it strange if I passed a number to my son and he did not call it. Sounds like avoidance to me.3.) Don't take abuse - there is no need to be abused or abuse the person on the other side of the phone. No company or person, regardless of purpose, has the right to miss-treat people.

Just got a call from this number on my cell. It's almost 7 PM on a Sunday. I didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the number, so I have no idea why they were calling me.

Just got a call from Outsourcing Sol 707-236-3944 asked for my husband told them they had the wrong number I don't even know how they got this number it's in my maiden name and private. When I told her she had the wrong number she then asked do you have a number where he can be reached. I said no and she hung up

This caller says I owe money and wants personal information. I refuse to give them any information.

I am not saying these are non-legitimate complaints, but I just got a call from this number and found this link and was getting concerned that someone was scamming me. Then I saw that they left a message and the message was actually regarding a freight charge with my company and it was detailed with all the pertinent information from the shipment. Although the caller ID came up NCO Financial, the message was from the freight company and all of the phone and emails that the person left me were directly to the freight company. I am guessing they are a clearinghouse for collections from all kinds of industries.

Some man called me at 8:30am and started off the call by saying "This call may be monitored or recorded"...without even asking permission! I asked him "Do you realize that it is 830 in the morning" and he said "Yes I sure do" with a smug attitude. I just said "not cool" and hung up.

I too have recieved these attacks over the phone, only it was from a guy named Brian Reed. He has personally attacked my wife, and threatened to garnish my wages as well. He said they will take $3000 a month from me (which would leave me homeless), and take my 401k and anything else I have my social sec. # attached to. these people can kiss my ... and got to .... they just called my wife asking about student loan i smelled a rat and listened finally i ask her what he is asking her, she starts to tell me and the ..... coward hung up! i guess he smelled a cat :Dcalled him back a few times he didnt answer, these people should work in the criminal world they are well suited for it

Had a call from this number asking for one of my contractors. Very strange for anyone to call my number asking for someone else. He also didn't say why he was calling...
