I have been getting the same annoying calls but today they asked for mrs (my last name) and i said this is her, then she said... wrong number. hello how is it the wrong number when they asked for me.lol very very annoying
i get calls from this same number, every single day at least 1-4 calls per day... worst part is just moved to california so the first call in the am is a real killer... i answered it a few times and no one is ever there... complete annoyance. i am going to try and block the number some how. Calls have been coming in steady for about two weeks...
frequent calls, no one there when I answer, no message left when I don't, no response and "mailbox full" message when I call back, no way to identify caller using reverse phone directory
Have any of you placed an ad in the Patriot Ledger for rooms to rent, roommates, or any other kind of ad where you listed your number? I've been getting these calls since I placed mine. This past Monday, I had called the police regarding a suspicious car parked outside my house from 11:30-midnight. Very sketchy!! Don't know if it's all related or not, but it seems to be. Everyone keep an eye out!!
Yep I get these calls as well...From the Globe -Patriot Ledger but haven't gotten one from the Herald..unless this 617-405-5038 is them. I actually have answered to get NO ONE on the line - I call the number back - and like many of you - get the message "this mail box is full".
If you're filing a complaint every time they've called, then this method clearly doesn't work. How many times do you have to complain before they actually do something?
I'm just wondering - What's the point of these people calling if they accomplish NOTHING? When you pick-up, there's no one there and they don't leave a message. How is this useless company supposed to stay in business? - Hopefully it won't!
These people called me today - if it IS the Boston Herald, why would I want a subscription - I live in Michigan!

I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.
left voice mail with 2 phone numbers on was 240-374-4607 and the other 877 (garbled)
Called 240 number and it said it was a debt collection agency and call would be recorded

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
