That's great!!! I'm an intern for the Obama campaign and we do not make these type of phone calls at all. Thanks for establishing that. I have gotten this before and I've also reported them to the better business bureau but they did not help at all. if any finds a solution for the cell phones please post!thank you!
if any of you people was smart you would just listen. i have been called by them and they do represent democrates and i have also donated never received a call again. They do great work and the callers are very friendly. TO TOP IT OFF THEY ARE VERY SUCCESSFUL AND BECAUSE OF THEM OBAMA WAS ABLE TO RAISE 735 MILLION DOLLAR!!!!!
ONCE AGAIN BE SMART AND DO RESEARCH 100% OF ALL DONATION GO TO THE CAUSE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE CALL FINE BUT DONT LIE ABOUT THE GREAT WORK THEY DO
IM WITH TOM YOU PEOPLE SOUND LIKE REPUBLICANS WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN WHEN PEOPLE MAKE A LIVING HERE. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. INTEGRAL RESOURCES KEEP DOING THE GREAT WORK YOUR DOING AND YOU CAN CALL ME ANYTIMES.
As a former employee of integral resources I know first hand what you have been experiencing. ask to be taken off the call list.
PLEASE LISTEN. I work for this company, and would like to address some of the issues I've seen raised here:1. We are a third party company that calls on the behalf of several major charitable and political organizations, including the DCCC, the DSCC, the American Counsel of the Blind, among others.2. The reason why we show up as a blocked number is because all of our calls are made through a dialer; in other words, we call through a computer, so no there is no phone number associated with the call.3. We are a reputable company, and 100% of contributions go toward the organization. We are paid beforehand by the client.4. Contributions are secure, and we never ask for the security code on the back of your credit card. Look up the Fair Credit Act for more information. Absolutely no credit card information is retained after the completion of the transaction.5. All contributions are one-time contributions, so you WILL NOT be charged multiple times. 6. Because we call for non-profits/politcal organizations, we will still call you even if your number is listed on the Do-Not-Call list. TO STOP THE CALLS, YOU MUST VERBALLY TELL THE AGENT TO REMOVE YOUR NUMBER FROM THE CALL LIST. SIMPLY SAYING "STOP CALLING" WILL NOT STOP THE CALL.7. If you tell the representative to "call another time", they will likely schedule your call for the next shift, which may be on the same day. 8. We have multiple supervisors on the floor during our calls, so if you have a complaint or concern, please ask to speak to a supervisor- you will not be put on hold for more than 30 seconds.9. We are not allowed to leave messages.10. If you'd like to contribute but don't want to be called constantly, ask to be placed on the annual donor list.11. If you have any question regarding our work with the organization, call the organization and verify that they use IRI for telefundraising.12. We are just trying to do our jobs. We have strict regulations about what we're allowed/not allowed to say, so please don't think that the representative is purposely not answering questions or something like that. There is a series of steps by which we have to conduct our calls..if you tell us you can't afford it, we will continue asking- not to be [***], but because if we don't, we could get in trouble; our calls are consistantly monitored.13. We are people just like you. I f*****g hate telemarketers and hang up on them, too. We don't enjoy bothering you, I promise. We're just trying to get a paycheck like you are, and this is a difficult job. I don't blame you for being extremely annoyed, but please, complain to the company directly, and try not to take it out on us. Most of us are young and in college, and a lot of our reps are single parents trying to take care of their children. If you don't want to donate, I understand completely. If you want to stop receiving calls, ask to be taken off the list. But we aren't trying to be jerks and disturb you, we're just following orders from our bosses like you do. When you tell us that you can't donate but we keep asking, it's because we have to. IRI is a decent company that does good work.
You have to be specific with political and charity calls you have to tell anyone that calls please take me off your calling list if they do not comply there is a hefty fine and they know that charities and political calling are exempt from the national do not call registry
Its obvious that you never fundraised fundraising helps charities that sometimes don't get funding from the government support their cause with doners who care you don't have to give just be polite and treat people with a little respect they have families they have to put up with rude people like you and I think you don't even have a job do not call and take me off the call list we comply with the take me off not do not call charity exempt
