The call is from Falcon Security. You can confirm it by calling your bank. They are just concerned about a few recent transactions on your account. It's important to call them back though because they immediately put a block on your card when they see the suspicious purchase(s). They may also call from another phone number (888) 918-7313.

I received a call from this number today. I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer. They left a message. In the message, they called me by my full name and said the call was in reference to my Visa card. They told me to call them back ASAP and supplied me with a case number. I was skeptical, so I called the bank that issued my card. They found 2 charges made today on my Visa for over $900 that I hadn’t made! They transferred me to a person that asked me for the case number given to me in the original phone call. They got everything straightened out, so it is a legitimate number and has to do with credit card fraud detection, in my case at least.

This is legitimate. I spoke with my credit union. They saw two online charges that looks suspicious and just wanted confirmation that it was purchases we authorized.

I found a message on the phone from this company and was extremely skeptical. I returned the call and gave them the reference number. They verified two purchases I made over the weekend that were out of town but the one today for $84.09 from U. K. Electronics? Not by me. They started a fraud alert on my account

Called on behalf of my Credit Union for a charge on my credit card that wasn't mine. So glad they are there to protect. Legit call.

Well I don't know if the number is legit but I did get a call from them about possible fraudulent activity on my debit card and they gave a case number. My card had been declined the night before after a few days of increased shopping. I called my bank who let me know there was a hold on my card and they transfered me. I should have gotten the number, but I did give the case number I was given from the initial call so it may be legitimate. When in doubt, just call the bank first.

So I know that you guys say its legit but I just called back and they wanted my social security number, phone number, and email address. I called from my work number so maybe if I had called from my number they wouldn't have asked all of that? They did tell me to contact my credit union and verify everything was all good (which it was) so I am still unsure if this is legit or not. Not too much information on the web as to whether or not this is a real business. I would be careful.

Call from (623) 308-8000, I declined the call thinking it was yet another scammer. They left a long, detailed message that they were calling about my credit union credit card and recent transactions and left a reference # with a call back # of (855)553-4290. I called and it was a credit card service company for my credit union. My card # had been stolen in used in a state that I was clearly not in.
