Claimed I was randomly selected for a grant of 9k. SCAM DO NOT CALL this number or receive calls from. I wasted 10min of this guys time. I acted slow. Be smart people.
Called claiming they were going to give me 17k, just made the guy really mad by acting extremely slow.
They were some what ligit, and they offered me a grant, because I was randomly selected for it, I think it's a scam call.
Definitely an attempt to scam people. They ask you to confirm your name spelling, state, zip code and telephone number. (They had my spelling and zip wrong but I agreed it was correct.) Then they wanted my age. When I refused and told her I lied about the information being correct, she hung up. Wasted a good chunk of her time though.
