Listen you all. I too, had fell for the same scam trick as much as you all did. Don't feel that way because you are not the only ones. Most of these advance fee loan scam are basically overseas scammers like the Nigerian scams and so on. The only difference between us is that we have lives like human beings and they don't. We have jobs, cars and live independently on our own, but these cowards who call themselves loan reps. spend all of their lives in internet cafes, stealing people's hard earned money and have no legitimate jobs, since they live in these sh*t hole countries and depending on their mommy and daddy to take care of their stinking lazy a$%es! They're only jealous of us because they're lifestyle is not as simple as ours are. That's exactly why we plunge into bankruptcy, homes forclosed, cars repossessed, and evicted from our apartments by trusting in scum who themselves have no lives.I too received a call from a loan company called Imperial Capital Inc by a loan representative who calls himself Ryan Henderson and said i was approved for $8,000. I also received a contract through email, filled out the contract, sent my info over and was told by Mr. Henderson through contract to send $700 for secured insurance payment to a lady named Brenda Ammerson in order to get the loan. I was desperate to have my check cashed and send the money to brenda amerson. After sending the money, I gave the loan rep mr henderson the reference number and was told to call back in an our. I called him back an hr and he said he would disburse the funds into my account within 2-4hrs. I checked my bank and no money was there. i called the bank several times and no money was there again. I looked on this website with the similar number i had in my caller ID but had a different one when Mr. henderson called me from, and realized i had fallen into a advance fee loan scam. There's no way you can get a loan of $5,000 or more based on your bad or no credit. Most of them are overseas scammers, and I will fight to the bottom of the core see scum like Mr. Henderson and Ms. Amerson put away for a long time while we go back to our normal lives, living like decent human beings. Once they took my money, they made a huge mistake of their lives....GOD!!!

Why would you folks let these people scam you? I got emails and a call from this number, and do you know what I told them? "to take the money and stuff it where the monkey stuff the nuts". You have to be very careful with these folks. Some of the worst scammers are Nigerians, that's why they will suffer. Folks, be weary of them, if you want a loan, why not go to a bank?

I saw the number on my phone on May 29, 2008.Good thing I wasn't at home, if not, I would have cursed them. There is no way that I would send my hard earn money to these people, you have to be so careful and don't fall for their lies. Something needs to be done with them.

Did u get your money back? And if not how do you make them pay because I believe I just got scammed by the same company today and I feel sick because that was bill money.

This number appeared on my phone bill as an outgoing call. Apparently I dialed this number on my cell phone 4 times with a minute in-between. I most definitely did not make these calls, I decided to google the number and this is what I found. Which makes me very concerned considering no one else has had this happen, is cell phone fraud their next ploy? I wouldn't have even noticed but I was looking for another call, this literally came out of no where. EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK THEIR CELL PHONE BILL FOR THIS NUMBER.you may not even notice because the charges are small, but eventually will add up
