Same thing, just called me now at 6:50 in Cali, lots of complaints with this one. I called back (thought it was a relative) and its a company called Hello Cosmo
One ring, hung up (called my cell phone) ...from the posts, it seems to me like *they* are random dialing to validate phone numbers. They don't need us to answer to validate that the number is an active number. Something tells me I'll be hearing from them again once they have completed their mining of cell phone numbers.
i got a call today (2/14) at 9.16 am EST, it was a missed call but when i called it back its a sales pitch.
