Today at 5:31 PM EST I got a call from 1-646-873-6493. I missed it, so I don't know how many times it rang and the caller left no voice mail.Also, ---this could be unrelated--- but earlier in the day I got a call from a restricted number. When I picked it up and said "Hello" there was muffled talking on the other end in response. I couldn't understand a word of it. Then, I said "Hello" again and got another muffled response. Finally I said "I'm sorry, but I can't hear you" and they hung up. Although this might have been a wrong number (and a strange one at that), it seems like too much of a coincidence to get both of these odd calls in the same day. In fact, the Restricted call doesn't even show up on my phone under Received Calls - usually restricted calls do show up. Only the 1-646-873-6493 number is listed there.Has anyone else had this experience?
same thing...one ring and hung up. this seems fishy to me and would like to know if anyone has researched it further. i'm skeptical and should i get another call, will persue some kind of action.
We've had troubles with a person in New York with the name of John. He's been hacking my moms friends facebook account,my mom including. I got this call minutes later. They called 5:52PM Western Time on Feburary 14,2010. missed the call and didn't call back.

got a call at 9:30 in the morning, anyway figured out WHAT IT IS! its a prank call website, heycosmo.com and you can leave a prank call to people or something like that. So one of your friends or enemies has just left you a message.
