it's their remote number. All Bell Mobility customers that have call answer/forward/etc/ services will see this number when they are notified that they have a message, etc... Other than changing providers we're all stuck with this.
Got a cell call that was 000 000 0000 and sent it to my voice mail... and then 10 minutes later no call to my cell but got a voice mail notice with the 647 383 2355 number on it...checked my voice mail and it was just a click.
The number +1 647 383-2355 is programmed in my Motorala Atrix as my voice mail number. Bell service says it is a Motorola lock number and it is impossible to delete or reprogram it I also have a friend with a LG Optima Chic from Bell with the same problem
The message said....." You only have one testical left"........The next message said "You only have one life left". Who is leaving these stupid messages???
This number shows up on my cellular phone bill when I check voicemail from the US on my Bell Canada phone. It appears to be some kind of Bell Canada international access number. Based on the other responses, it looks like they use it for all sorts of things.
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo sick of calls from this # to my mobile - almost daily!. They hang on long enough to access my voicemail, but NEVER leave a message.... I hate to change my #, but may have to. Any thoughts?

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
