I can't get this icon with the number off of my phone. Every time I touch it, it dials the number and I am charged.

I've been getting "new voicemail" notices from 1-647-383-2355 every few days for over a month. There is no message and I can't get rid of the notifications. What's to be done?

i got this number on my bell mobile to and left a voice mail. another scan i also got this # to 1-844-802-7552 and 1-647-383-2355 if it's bell they will lose as a mobile and land line customer.
this number left a voicemail it sounded like a marketer background noise was foreign languages back and forth

That is the number used by Bell Canada for your voice mail. I get the same thing on my phone whenever there is a new voicemail for me. Simply push and hold the number 1 on your phone & you"ll be connected to your voicemail.
If you receive this # in your call display phone, it is a spoofed call.This # can not make outgoing call.It is a VM master # for Bell Mobility
