I had 3 charges back to back today for 50$ from this number. It says Facebook. But I doubt it is really Facebook. My bank had texted and called me within an hour of these transactions (Glad i have a great bank with a fast fraud department!). They cancelled the charges, cancelled my card, and I will be issued a new one.
I also just got scammed from Facebook for $50. I immediately cancelled my debit card and contacted my bank to investigate this for fraud. I tried to call that number; it rang twice and then disconnected. I don't know how they got my bank information seeing as I never put my credit card number in Facebook.

I had 3 different charges in my debit card from and shows up as :CHECKCARD 07/29 FACEBOOK.COM*ADS 650-543-7818 CA.The charges were for over $700. When I called that # it said that I couldn't talk to anybody but if I wanted more info to go to some website which I am sure is a scam or dangerous. Obviously I didn't go there. I called my bank and they said to wait to see if they post and then call their fraud dept... which sucks because why should I wait for that to post? They also said that sometimes it doesn't get processed. We will see.
