Number looked strange so I didn't answer. Looks like I missed an opportunity to screw with some scammers. I'll be sure to answer next time. Hahahahahahaha.

Today's ploy was wanting to send one of our directors an invitation. After my refusal he wanted to know when a good time to reach him would be. Hahaha. I said, "Never." He said he would call on another number. Go ahead. I hate these calls!!!

just got call yeaster day didnt pick up....i got the phone call today with same number.....i pick it up...ladies asking for my wife i said shes not here whos calling....caller said my wife order something online and she wanted to confirm...so i started asking more stuff about site and stuff,....and she just hanged up on me....lol

I ignored it. Upon call-back, it said "The number cannot be completed because an attempt was made to call a Skype number. ****ing motherf******! UGH.

Just got a call from these guys. Caller ID lists them as sanman, gaurav. He (Gary)must have been scanning either odesk.com or elance.com where I had a job listed. Indian or Pakistani accent. Called and told me he could do the job. COMPLETELY against both companies policies, then told me to call him back on 1-213-261-7616

A friend of mine just called me using Skype. And just because the caller display showed this number, I decided not to take it and not until I listened to the voice message did I realize it's not spam. Some comments in this forum also showed that it's a number used by Skype. In such case should we thereby ask Skype to refrain from using this number to avoid confusion?

Don't worry....I am going to go FCUK with them now. Be sure to get a jab in for you too >:)

I just got a call on my cell phone from this number (661)748-0240. They said they were calling from Microsoft and that my computer was infected with multiple Trojan horses and that I needed to remove them. They said my computer had come to their attention because it was sending messages to the Microsoft office. They had me go to a website:and wanted me to download a program to view my computer through. They sounded pretty legit and they even walked me through looking at some files on my computer that they said were the program files for the Trojans. The caller had a thick Indian accent and kept calling back after I said I was busy.

Another call - let it go to voice mail and no message left. So glad for this site and these logs of all of these calls!
