Caller id states Skype number. Claimed he was from Microsoft tech team in Arkansas (really?) and claimed my computer was sending out malicious mal ware. He did have my name and info I owned Windows software. I have a Apple computer, so already I am pretty sure he is a scammer. Told him I use Norton and would contact my internet provider. Well I guess I wasn't going to bite so thanked me and hung up.

Just saw this number on my caller ID while I was away from the phone and did a web search. Wow, I'm glad I missed this call!

i got a call from this number .... identified as a Skype call on the phone. Didn't answer, but caller left a message. Turned out to be a friend calling from London. I'm guessing anyone calling from Skype comes through asthis number.

I got this call in my office hour today .They were threatening me saying that you will be caught by cop as you have exceeded your money transfer to foreign country and it is suspected that this is illegal transfer . They were calling themselves from IRS department . They were asked me to go some alone area apart from the crowd and asked me to get money from bank and deposit to Western Union bank with the following details :send money to :Name : LISA WYCHERLEYcity :POMONAstate : California

I just got 3 calls from this number. Claiming I need to get my life together and knowing my name. refusing to tell me who they were. It's kinda rude being awaken at 230 in the morning being a 17 year old girl. Now I'm over here thinking I'm going to get killed in my sleep. Ridiculous

Recieved a call today to my cell phone from (661) 748-0241 from a hispanic young male had a strong Puerto Rican accent. He knew my name and said that someone that gave him my number told him I sold "Coke". I hung up and 20 seconds after I get a call from this number (661) 748-0240, as soon as I said "hold on let me get in touch with the Police since you're accusing me of selling "Coke" "and then he cowardly said "No, I got confused I meant "Coke" like "Coca-Cola"... Keep in mind all this was in Spanish. Simply someone who has nothing better to do.

Got a call from this number a little while ago to my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer it. Checked my voicemail and it was my dad calling via Skype on his business trip in China to wish me a happy birthday. Wish I'd have answered it.

Calls two or three times a day. just annoying. I refuse to answer calls from numbers that I don't know. This sounds like a spam call.
