Also had a call from this number. Didn't pick up and didn't leave a message. Got the same Skype message when I tried to call back.Seems to be something that started just a few days ago.

This number called my cell at 6:51 CDT this morning. Left no message. I googled the # before coming here to report, and I, too, got information that suggested this is a Skype number and that many who use Skype on their computers get unwanted calls from this number. I don't use Skype; I don't have Microsoft OS on my computer. I wouldn't have answered the call, but how did they (whoever "they" are) get my cell number??Intellius reports this number is in Bakersfield, CA. Unsettling.

Got 2 voicemails from this number yesterday morning and can't hear/understand what the male is saying. Very creepy and just weird! Called back and it said it was a number from a Skype user.

I just received a call from this number,but missed it. When I called back, a voice told me that the call could not be completed because it was a Skype account. Very few people have my cell phone number, so I am curious about the call. I'll assume it was not important.

I have been getting calls from this number from a guy that I met on an internet dating site. He says his name is Shankar and that he is from Sri Lanka. He also said he is calling from Chicago, but this is a California area code. He has also called me from 661-748-0245, 0240, 0244, 0245, 0242 and 661-380-3000. He tried to speak inappropriately to me and now I don't answer his calls and he doesn't leave messages. A couple of the numbers are Skype...

I got call tonight from man asking if I have my puppy still for sale. I told him that we did and he asked if he was still going to get the deal that Clay my husband told him about at grocery store. Clay never met or talked to anyone at the store. He said that he would pay for puppy and then for extra $100 we would go in back and have some fun. I hung up and he called back again with in seconds. Clay got on phone and the guy Dwight said that Clay told him he could have me for $100. This was upsetting, but more upsetting was then he called back from my pet grooming shop phone number! Which is closed right now and no one there! This was so wrong!
