Someone called me from 911-911-9111 and hung up when i answered, then 30 seconds later 666-666-6666 called and hung up when i answered. THEN 010-100-002 texted me "i know who you are and what you did to my family. Beware" WTF? this is [***].

Sorry to say, but if this call is coming from a soruce such as Skype and the person is spoofing their IP, you will never find out where that call is actually coming from
Well If This Number Kept Bothering You Just Answer See What They Say And Just Hang Up If Anything Bad Happens For Examples 1.If They Say Anything Creepy/2. If They Breath On The Phone Loud/3. If You Feel Like Your Being Whatched
Ignore that number; it is spoofed by a lot of scammers.Let it ring until it stops ringing.There is no "law" that requires you to answer every phone call.Most scammers will not leave messages on an answering machine or on voice mail.
