This person called my 15 year old daughter asking for sex. It sounded like a 50 year old man. Should I call the police? Or can spoof numbers not be traced?

No they don't this is so funny what they are doing because the fact of driving people to madness an implanting fake memories into someone is only half the fun. Just imagine what other fun people can have with this, and if it really is Satan then that's even better if you know what I mean. But you don't! So shut the hell up and deal with it!
