You are right about that. Never again will I buy another HP or Compaq product. I had so much trouble with this product they sent me, an HP Officejet 4500 Wireless printer. Then they sent me a replacement and it has the same problems the first one did. Please everyone out there do not waste your money on HP products!
It is HP calling to follow up on some issue. But I don't understand why they call repeatedly and refuse to leave a message. It borders on harassment.

I just got a call from this number, five minutes before they called my "replaced laptop" was delivered. I received the laptop for Christmas 2011 - took very good care, not to scratch.....what do I get back a "replacement" all scratched on the outside....not happy about that.... It does seem to work, will find out more when I go home tonight and use it.
