Called today: 2/18/11. They left no message; I returned call. It's recorded telemarketing from Comcast, despite being on Do Not Call list.

A robo call from Comcast to my cell phone!. Began with loud music, then a voice sale. I had to hang up then.
I have been a Comcast customer for several years. However, I do not want you calling me every few months to do a customer satisfaction survey or to try and get me to upgrade my cable package. If I need anything from Comcast, I will call YOU. I let my caller id screen these types of calls.
