Received a call from this number today. Did not answer as less than an hour before, I received a call from 479-222-0942 and it was a recorded message saying it was checking to make sure this was a working number. Not sure if this is related to the 678-393-7960 number. But I have never gotten random calls like this before.

I called Comcast to verify who it was and they said it was a Comcast Telemarketer/Sales Promoter. I still wouldn't give them any of your info because they gave me incorrect information about my account and pricing.

I AM A RETIRED RESCUE MEDIC, I DONATE MY EXPERIENCE TO DRIVE AN ADVANCED PEDIATRIC LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE. 4 NIGHTS A WEEK. ON MAINLY "LONG DISTANCE" HIGH RISK NEWBORN AND VERY YOUNG CHILDREN "URGENT TO HIGH RISK PATIENTS" WE MAINLY HAVE CARDIAC, RESPIRATORY AND CRITICAL PATIENTS ONLY. ALL NEEDING IMMEDIATE HOSPITAL TRANSFERS (our services are free) I HAVE A VERY DIFFICULT TIME SLEEPING AND THIS NUMBER CALLS AND WAKES ME AT LEAST 4 OR 8 TIMES A WEEK. USUALLY WHEN I AM DREAMING. I HAVE CALLED COMCAST , EXPLAINED THIS OVER AND OVER !! THEY PROMISE "NO MORE CALLS" . BUT THE COMPUTER TRACKS MY COMPLAINT CALLS AND RE-STARTS THE SALES CALLS AGAIN !!!. I HAVE 32 YEARS WITH ONLY 1 VERY MINOR ACCIDENT WHILE RUNNING "EMERGENCY MODE", ONLY 1 ACCIDENT !! ..I AM SO AFRAID I MIGHT MAKE AN ERROR BECAUSE I HAVEN'T SLEPT ENOUGH ???. WE HAD PAGERS AND RADIOS AT HOME BUT NOW ALL WE HAVE IS THE PHONE, CAN SOMEONE HELP GET THESE PEOPLE UNDER CONTROL ? PLEASE !!!

I called back on my cell phone and the message said it was Comcast and if you received a call, leave name and phone # and they will call back (when they had called it only rang once, so guess it was doing that computer circuit thing,) but also said if you want to be added to the Do Not Call list to leave name and #. I left them a message in no uncertain terms, telling them I am happy with what I have and don't ever call again as my husband is very sick. We are Comcast customers that is why they can call.
