I just received one about 15mins ago. Out of curiosity, did they call on your cell phone? if so, are you with AT&T?
I have T-mobile, but yeah they just called me on my cell phone. I live in FL, but I don't know if region makes a difference for the spamming people :)

Got a missed call from this number. When I dialed it, i got a recording that said the number was not in service or may have changed area codes. weird.
I got a call just now from this number. It was a recording in Spanish and then it hung up a few seconds after the recording.
