This caller is from check city. These calls are from NSF checks that customers used when they took a loans. All they want is for you pay what you can on the NSF check or make payment arrangements on outstanding balance.
I think if you look at the contract the "borrower" signed off that such information can be used at the discretion of Check City. People need to read what they are signing. . .

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
