Tosh Inc. calls regarding a NSF (Non Sufficient Funds, bad, bounced) check and is trying to get paid. Try to call them back and make arrangements to pay. That's all.

I'm a reference on a friends appplication with "Tosh Inc." they called 6 months ago and again today even tho i changed my number for other reasons months ago they found my new one. Dont answer their questions all personal information is on the applcation. no need to call a friend and ask their phone number.... be smart people

Just received a call from this number. No one on the other side. From the looks of this thread, it appears to be a payday loan place. I've never used one.

Here's the thing though. It is a check place. I don't use these places and never will. I understand their purpose but think they are vultures and prey on someone in a bad situation. That being said you or whoever used it signed an agreement with them so live up to your end of the bargain and pay your bills. Someone, unknown to me, listed me as a reference and I receive these calls all day long. It is starting to piss me off.
