Benjamin Burrell and katherine Burrell of Lake Ridge Virginia own this company UCI, why don't you call them at 7034901381 and give them a piece of your Mind for calling you ILLEGALLY with their Robo Calls. They claim to be in the Human Resources Bizness with their home on Valleywood Drive in Lake Ridge , Virginia.
First of all - You guys need to understand that UCI is a legit company. Very active in the area - locally owned and employing your neighbors. We do not outsource, we provide good jobs !Yes - I am an employee. As a matter of fact I am a manager.Often times a phone call to us ends up with a real account that was missed, or that was not completely paid for by insurance. Often a call to us saves your credit history. Our employee's treat people with respect, we do a good service for all of our local businesses. If for some reason we do have a wrong number - we will fix it! But unless you tell us, we don't know! The next time you see your doctor, utility company or locally owned store, remember they could not be in business, providing jobs if it were not for good collection agencies. I am not going to defend everyone in this business - because like all professions, bad apples do ruin the bunch. But what I will tell you is that we return billions of dollars to your economy every year - you, me and our children's children would be paying more for everything we buy, eat, drink, healthcare, heat, power... you get the point. To the people that say - they buy debts for .5 on the dollar and make a bunch of money - once again this is false. We do not purchase debts of any type.I am proud of the work we do for our community and our clients. If you are getting calls, and you believe you should not PLEASE - PLEASE call the office we will figure this out together. We will work with you, we will not hang up on you, we will not disrespect you. Also - We have an A- with BBB and pending accreditation.
"This message is for -Sean- Wise. This is not a sales call. If you are -Sean- Wise, please press 1..." I don't remember what comes next because I never listen beyond that point. It is obviously an automated voice, with identical inflection and odd pauses every time. Recently it has been asking for Dallas Wise, but nobody named Sean or Dallas has ever lived here. These calls come at least once every day.
This "United Consumer" is a scam. They say they are "Debt collectors", but can't provide you anything in writing. I have a credit score of 805, I know my every bill. A real bill has to be in "WRITING", with actual address and original biller with billing details/reasons. A call means NOTHING ! Don't fall for it !!!
They call hang up & you call back because it's local. That's their "scam style" method. Complete [***]. They have a jersey number too. Those jersey boys are a bunch of [***] ups.
They left a cryptic message last week asking if I was "Donnie G" ... there are no Donnies in my family. They called again tonight and I punched #3 on the phone which meant I was NOT Donnie G. Then there was some question I missed and it told me that it confirmed I was Donnie G and to call a 1-800 number. You cannot hang up from the recording ... it loops. Can't wait to see what happens next. Bottom feeders. Trying to find out who to report these people to in Prince William County.
I'd also like to mention that just because someone calls and harrasses you, I would recommend not giving them any information over the phone. You don't know who they are. After reading through this string, they really are "bottom feeders" (as mentioned a few times here). I will find who to report these people to in Prince William County, VA. And thanks to BigA for doing all of that research.
Got a call from them today. When I called back. They just said this was a personal matter. But before they could tell me what this was about. I needed to give her my address and my social security number. I told her I would not give any information until I knew what this was about. She said that's fine. I'll note that you refused collaborate. This is a SCAM. No serious company will ask you for your social security or even the last four of your social unless they tell you who they are first.
