The calls were confusing at first until they got very detailed about where I visited to get a car. They did call very late that's the thing that bothered me.I was at a Toyota dealer in OK and I didn't know I would get a call from them. They kept calling but I was relieved after I completed the short survey now they stopped calling. Good because it took awhile for it stop.

Received two calls today from 1-713-275-3575. How do you report these people?

non-sollicited phone calls. Did not recognize the phone #, did not answer.

They have called a couple of times. When I answer the call, I just hear a few clicks then a steady tone.I tried dialing the number back and got the same thing after a number of rings.

they left a message and I never got back to them

Visited Don McGill Toyota in Houston this past weekend. Made the mistake of giving them my cell phone number right before a test drive. I guess they sold it or otherwise passed it off to be used for various reasons I did not say I wanted. Thanks Don McGill Toyota... I definitely won't be back.

Have AT&T. Took car in for warranty service the other day.

Danthey wanted to do a quick survey regarding my recent maintenance visit to a local toyota dealership. it's harmless (and only took less than a minute). they called my house #, but could have easily called my cell if the dealership had that on file instead.nothing to worry about!ps: they don't leave a message because no one ever calls a research co. back to complete a phone survey :) their best bet is to keep calling. they only get paid if they talk to you live.quick side note (an add-on to my previous message). what's so bad about a company trying to take a quick survey to find out if their staff treated you well on your last visit to their dealership. they're only trying to make your experience and their business better. remember, it's a competitive world out there.not every unknown caller is a villain!ps: i love this site by the way. helps me out with so many #s i don't recognize.thanks everyone here for your contribution.
