I actually work for them I just started working there. It's a call center here in Houston Texas. Basically if you have serviced, bought, or visited a dealership we call you to conduct a satisfaction survey on how everything went. We then turn that info over to the dealership for improvement and to help you buy that dream car you always wanted. So don't be alarmed you guys we are not selling you anything we just want your opinion. I would appreciate it if some of you wouldn't be so rude thinking we are bill collectors or telemarketers. You just don't know how hard my job is to get myself to college and to put up with the occasional F*** OFF speech. We just want an honest opinion on how things went there at the dealership. Why do we do this? Because it's all about the customer we want them to be happy every time they visit a dealer or bought or got service. So please if you read this message and if you get a call from us watch your language and be courteous we are just doing our jobs like everyone else in this world. If I don't make completes on how many customers I talk to that's my lay off so I am pretty sure you guys wouldn't like it if your livelihood was on the line because of some @ss that doesn't want to participate in the survey. It's short and sweet.
I'm from Oklahoma City. I went to several dealerships yesterday, but did not make a purchase. I keep missing their calls.
Same story here. I test drove a car from Landers Mclarty Ford in Bentonville Ar and got 2 calls from this number the next day. I missed the first call and answered it the second time and it hung up.
OMG! I have recently been looking at cars and I have even applied to some car loans. They have called me three times per day too, and the calls just started this week. And of course no message, like everyone else said. I have not been looking at Dodge brand vehicles like someone else had mentioned. I am in Texas and I have AT&T service. If no one else has applied for car loans, then did you do a credit check at your dealership? The area code says it is from the Houston area and the only thing I can think of is that it is from Gulf States because Toyota did a credit check for me. Hmm..
We don't care how short it is, we don't want to be annoyed with nuisance calls. This is the kind of thing that will cause me NOT to do return business.
I went to one dealership look at one car this weekend and now i have this number calling me! The only reason i answerd is becuase i have family in the 713 area code! Not happy!!!
yeah but it's my job. I don't anybody to ruin how good I feel for the day. And it's not a useless call either. I can see if we were trying to collect money from you. I don't think it's right that other people have to suffer because of a phone call. Get it done over with move on with life. But I definately won't let some @ss ruin my livelyhood and my good pay just because he can't tell me yes or no. Anywho I like talking to the old people they love to tell their stories about what went on at the dealership it actually makes my day. It puts a smile on my face.I don't see whats the point of being rude anyhow since u will never see me or know me. It's just ur loss my gain in my fat paycheck.BTW My job just helped me buy a brand new 2009 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible top. So whose loss is it now mine or yours at the dealership?
