Mr. Heath,I don't like your company, your tactics or anything else that you are doing. I do not think that you can say anything about any name that you have used professionally because these tactics are far less than professional. I wouldn't use your company or use you to work any part of my company. If you have any further questions, I will be glad to take it outside!!!!!
I called his home number listed on the previous page and got the man himself! I told him to stop calling me and promised to visit him if he didn't. Guess what? I have appointments in Texas next month and will finally get to meet Mr. Fulco in person. I hope the address posted is correct and I sure hope his daughter isn't home alone when I get there.
These phone calls originate from a telemarketing firm out of Houston Tx called able voices. F Fulco os frank fulco J heath is Jack heath. Both fo them work at a company called Guttermaxx where they are sales reps who are aparently running this call center on the side. Guttermaxx seems ot be aware of this operation. F Fulco 713 896 9171 x 202J Heath 713 896 9171 x 213Franks home phone is 281 376 7882 They will block calls after the first time so make sure you have your say then, or cal from several phones Like I do. I havnt found jacks personal info yet, but I will. I am now adding Franks number to every telemarketing phone list I can access online.
Glenn, I am on the do not call list. However; your company does not respect that. I've worked cold calling and call marketing in the past, and before any calls are to be made every number needs to be looked up and not called if either the client has requested so or is on the do not call list.
If Gutter Maxx is acting legally, then why do they hang up instead of trying to sell their product and then keep calling back???THATS HARRASSMENT!!!!
...for the record you folks are being called by LEGAL FTC approved predictive dialing equipment ONLY during the approved times. Futhermore those of you who are allegedly being "hung up on" are simply experiencing a LEGAL FTC approved "dropped call" which means there was not a TSR (telephone sales rep) available to speak with you when you picked up the call. Now that you have ALL the facts PLEASE go to WWW.FTC.GOV and spend 60 seconds getting yourself on the Federal "Do Not Call" list. We don't really want to bother anyone or encourage further inacurate, uneccessary banter about our perfectly LEGAL and ETHICAL (IMHO) manner of doing business. Incidentally have you had a similar conversation with your postman about all the junk mail you receive? You'll find that the post office could not continue to operate on their current budjet without junk mail. It accounts for two thirds of the mail they move. Futhermore you can't get on a "Do Not Mail" list except for one regarding unsolicited credit card offers. Lastly, though I may agree with many of you on some points and empathize with all of you on others the fact remains...if Americans continue to isolate themselves from marketing attemps by the various vendors in this country it won't be long before we've completely undermined our beloved FREE ENTERPRISE system. We'll effectively "put ourselves out of buisiness" by simply becoming less available (and less marketable). Just my opinion of course- as a marketing consultant and American citizen.Best regards,J. Heath
yeah it is this company named Guttermax....When you call the number back a machine picks up and says I'm sorry if you got a call and nobody was on the line...it tends to happen sometimes....If they know it is happening, why haven't the fixed it??? Totally reeks of a scam......f. Fulco this is the jerk whose name shows up on my id
Yeah the fed list works great, that is why I am on it and still recieving calls from your [***]. No one wants to buy your [***] or they would call you....Get The Hint. All you are doing is pissing people off and giving your company a bad rep!
That is fine, except that some of us have been on the FTC Do Not Call Registry since its inception, and are still getting multiple calls a day.How do you respond to the allegation that you are ignoring the Do Not Call Registry?
