You DO NOT get a call about every day. To say so is libelous. Prospects are called 3-5 times during a one week period every THREE TO FOUR MONTHS. If you have a problem with these calls get on the Federal Do Not Cal List!
No you do not. The equipment will NOT call the same number twice in one day. It is impossible.
Read the paragraph below carefully. You obviously have no concept of the legal issues involved. Guttermaxx is and always has been in TOTAL compliance. To suggest otherwise is libelous. Maybe we'll take you to court?
Then what are you posting about?
Get a life and then get on the Fed list Mr. lawyer wannabe.
No he simply asked you if you wanted to make an appointment to have your house measured for covered gutters. All things said are carefully scripted and monitored. If you're gonna [***]...get your facts straight.
Get on the Fed List- www.ftc.gov and you can eliminte ALL telemarketing calls. I Did and it works.
Guttermaxx does not call cell phones. Get your facts straight.
You obviously have lost touch with reality. Telemarketing is still legal and a multi-billion dollar business. The ONLY WAY you are going to stop getting these calls is to get on the Federal Do Not Call list. Is that so difficult that you can't figure out how to do it? FTC.GOV genius.
Going to FTC.GOV would be easier don't you think?
