Scammers ! Very convincing and caught me off guard one day, got me to charge nearly $4000 on my credit cards to avoid "lawsuit" from old debt. I was not in my right head obviously and stupidly fell for it :/ Fortunately I filed disputes and blocked them, got refund, after calling court and finding no suit etc. SCAM

They are calling my home want work threatening to serve paperwork to summons me to court. They are a fraud and scam. I contacted a lawyer and they said that they are fishing for info and trying to get me to pay on old debt. They are untraceable and the lawyer suggested I contact the California General.

They left a message for someone not me, saying court papers were returned undeliverable, to avoid court cost call mrs somebody at a different number. Scammers I believe.

Left message but not for me saying papers were returned. Told to call a mrs. Somebody and about acourt case and failure to appear ITS A SCAM SO DONT CALL THEM!

These people have been calling me for a while. I don't have any unresolved cases so I will be changing my number once my contract is up. It's nothing but a scam and this has been going on for quite a while. People especially the elderly should watch out for these type of criminals.

This guy will pretend to be from the law talking about summonses and Warrants but he's completely full of [***]!! He makes it seem as real as can be but he is a complete phony hiding behind a google voice number. No worries dont bother picking up the phone .

Richard Wilson, is the name this person that called from this number- stating that they were from the county we lived in and they were unable to deliver papers and we are considered in contempt of court. When I asked more about this company he works for he got bilgerent and said he would just put us down for failure to appear in court. Gave a false case number and asked us to contact a person named Miles at 855-343-3163.

Angry man called saying I had a failure to appear. Used my maiden name, had my address, said they sent count docs and I was not availble to get them so they were calling to give me info for the case number. LOL I have a clean record, no debts....it was clearly a scam. WHen I repeatedly asked for more info about "the case" he said those documents were sealed and I had to call a number to talk to the attorney. I refused and he said he would make note that i refused "official count documents" and send that to the county for a failure to appear. WTF. I hope no one falls for whatever this is. He was so angry and bitter. What a sad existence.
