I continue to get calls from this number (on my cell phone). Now they are starting to come in the middle of the night. HOW can I stop this? I don't have a "blocking" feature on my phone and I also heard this number doesn't block anyway. This is ridiculous as I get scared when the phone rings in the middle of the night.
Called at 4:03 in the morning today. WOke me up and couldn't go back to sleep. WTF!?!?
Keep getting calls and text from a number that is giving me a code that I or no one else has ask for want it stopped ASAP
How about some of us NEVER requested any damn access codes for ANYTHING and certainly wouldn't be doing it while I'm asleep???? SCAM!!!!
This is Yahoo's two step verification system. When you sign in to Yahoo, this # will send a second automated password to you to sign in. It stops hackers.Someone must have keyed in your # by mistake.
Several female robocalls in quick succession around 11:45a today with caller ID of BOHL JOSE and no spoken identification of source or reason beyond "Your Code Is _ _ _ _", spoken very slowly, followed by hangup.I didn't respond in any way, since I recognized nothing about the mysterious call, never knowingly requested any code, habitually avoid callbacks to unfamiliar numbers I don't recognize and cannot verify. In fact, I resist using the phone for business or anything where detail or record is important. Yes, very phishy indeed. And if that's a verification method, it is stupidly designed, without regard for who gets innocently hit by the misfires.
...then why did I get one at six in the morning after NEVER requesting a password change?!
This was legit call for me as well. It was my Site provider sending a code I asked for.
