On my phone you can click on the number from the missed calls or incoming calls list and then choose "block caller." Works like a charm.
I finally answered my phone after receiving calls from these guys for a few weeks now. It turns out that they were calling for a someone else with my same name. The CSR was very nice, thanked me for clarifying that she had incorrect information, and stated she'd take my number off their rolls. It kind of makes me wish I'd answered the phone weeks ago to have avoided the annoyance. Alas...
715-848-5425 shows it's from Wausau, WI. Called my cell & I blocked them, but see they're still trying to call. (phone doesn't ring now that they're blocked) IF it were the case of a wrong #, then they've sure got a BUNCH! Must be some sort of scam. Everything we have is paid for.

Oh am I glad I read all of this, this company scammed my 88 year old mother,,,I am just getting some research prior to contacting BBB, Fla Attorney's office and other agencies that take advantage over the elderly,,,, too bad they're not close by so I can take better action
Just wanted to let everyone know this number isn't a scam, we have a water softener through them, but they are highly annoying calling about our bill seven times a day...
Get their call a couple times a months, no one on the line. I hang up and they call right back. Now I just let it ring, they leave no msg.
