Windows 8 to windows 8.1 free upgrade offer scam, and wants you to download some app so they can start the upgrade for free but wants ur credit card info for insurance purposes just case didn't give and ended the call on them. I have Mac so it wouldn't have worked.
Claims I have a problem with my windows 7 computer, and they need me to download and install teamviwer so they can fix it. I have windows 8 though I told them but they insisted it gets fixed to while downloading teamviwer had a chat about how rdp needs to be disabled to block blue keep vulnerablty after team viewer was installed they asked for my id and password after which they had complete control of my pc but then suddenly got disconnected and the call dropped before they cloud do any thing and haven't called back yet so probably a scam.
