This # called on behalf of PAY PAL collections activity, i have not has a Pay Pal account for over 10 years.

One of many debt collectors calling for people whom I've never heard of. If you have a common name, they will repeatedly call every person sharing that name even when you've told them you don't know the person they are seeking. Example: If your name is John Smith, you'll receive relentless calls for every Julie, Jack, Jerry, or Janice Smith in the country. Collectors should not be allowed to call people randomly who are not associated with the party they are seeking simply because they have a similar last name or first initial -- it should be illegal to disturb millions of innocent people. They apparently ignore the Do Not Call list, claiming you've done business with them even though you haven't.

these people call us every day calling for some person we've never heard off. its the same damn recording each and every time from ACI debt collection.

I agree with you 100%. I just received a call from this number asking for a family member that does live here but when I told the man that who he is asking for is asleep he was very desperate to get off of the phone. Being me and my curiosity, I called back, they wouldn't tell me what the call was regarding only that it was a business inquiry.

They will not stop calling even after telling them several times to not call back, they still call back. Someone needs to put a stop to callers like this because it is terrible to get woke up before daylight to have some unknown company asking for whoever on the phone. This is uncalled for.

Called Leaving a Voice Mail to Call a Number at (716) 418-7187 and Left a Link to www.acia.com which is Contractor Website and Not American Call Radius as they Stated. Started asking to Confirm Address etc and When I asked About the Website he Started to Get Agitated Raising His Voice Saying "I Cannot Disclose Any Information until you Confirm Your Address". BEWARE.
